Gorilla Trekking in Uganda and Rwanda
Mountain gorilla trekking is one of Africa’s most extraordinary wildlife experiences. Guided by experienced park rangers, visitors venture into protected mountain forests in search of habituated gorilla families, observing these remarkable primates in their natural habitat.
In Uganda, gorilla trekking takes place in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. In Rwanda, Volcanoes National Park offers another exceptional opportunity to encounter mountain gorillas.

Gorilla Habituation Experience

Available in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park under Uganda Wildlife Authority regulations, this experience allows visitors to accompany researchers, conservation personnel and trackers as they observe gorilla behaviour and the process of helping gorillas become accustomed to human presence.
